Vexa Monitor
Support
Quick help for common Vexa Monitor setup, subscription, Telegram connection, and alert issues.
Make sure your trial or subscription is active. If you paid with Ethereum, wait for the transaction to receive enough confirmations and then send the transaction hash to the Vexa bot.
Check that the payment was sent to the correct wallet, the amount matches the selected plan, and the transaction hash is valid. If the transaction is still pending, wait a few minutes and try again.
Scan the QR code using Telegram → Settings → Devices → Link Desktop Device. If your account has two-step verification enabled, enter your Telegram 2FA password when Vexa asks for it.
Confirm that the connected Telegram account can access the source. If the source is private, the same Telegram account connected to Vexa must be a member of that channel, group, or bot chat.
Open your profile and check that it is enabled. Make sure your keywords are spelled correctly, your target tweet URL is correct, and the monitoring source is posting messages in real time.
Check that your Telegram session is connected and that your selected trading bot is available in your Telegram account. Also confirm that the profile has a contract address and the correct trading bot selected.
Vexa is a monitoring and routing tool, not a wallet storage tool.
If the issue continues, open the Vexa Monitor bot and review your current settings from the main menu. Most setup issues are caused by an inactive subscription, an unconnected Telegram session, an incorrect monitoring source, or a disabled profile.
